AND HE, HE INQUIRED ABOUT THIS SITE, UH, ASKED ME WHAT, YOU KNOW, MY FUTURE PLANS WERE. AND I SAID, WELL, YOU KNOW, IN ALL HONESTLY, WHAT WE HAVE ON OUR PLATES RIGHT NOW IS GONNA TAKE MOST OF OUR TIME AND ATTENTION. UM, I SAID THAT I DID HAVE A LONG-TERM, UM, CONCEPT FOR IT, BUT NOTHING FIRM. UM, NO DISCUSSIONS. UM, SO THEY, THEY WOULD USE THAT FOR, YOU KNOW, DROPPING THE TREE AND LEAVES AND LIMBS, GRINDING IT ALL UP. UM, THEY WOULD NOT PUT THEIR CHEMICALS ON THAT. THEY HAVE ANOTHER SECTION IN FRONT OF PUBLIC WORKS THAT THEY WOULD USE FOR THAT OR, OR AT LEAST ON THE PUBLIC WORKS SITE. UM, THE OTHER COMPONENT WAS, WAS THEN USING A PORTION OF THE SITE, UH, FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT TO ERECT SOME TRAINING FACILITIES POTENTIALLY. UM, THIS WAS PART OF OUR DISCUSSION. I DON'T KNOW WHERE THAT STANDS, IF THAT'S CHANGED IN THE LAST COUPLE WEEKS SINCE, UH, HE AND I SPOKE. UM, BUT POTENTIALLY, UH, LETTING THEM USE THAT, UH, FRONT PART TO, YOU KNOW, ERECT A, UM, A FIRE TOWER AND THINGS OF THAT NATURE TO DO SOME TRAINING. UM, WE WERE GONNA USE THE AREA, UM, RIGHT NOW IF, IF WE HAD A STORM RIGHT NOW AND, AND THAT WE WOULD BE PLACING THIS STUFF ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FIVE 17 ON THAT COME BAYOU PROPERTY THAT'S OWNED BY YOU GUYS. UM, SHOULD WE HAVE THE UNFORESEEABLE, YOU KNOW, BAD STORM. GOT IT. AND DEBRIS. THIS IS ALL DEBRIS MANAGEMENT. WE HAVE A BAD STORM NOW WE'RE CLEANING UP. WHERE DOES ALL THAT GO AND HOW AND HOW DO WE OVERSEE IT AND WHERE IT GOES AFTER THAT. THE MANAGEMENT PORTION OF THAT. YES. GOT IT. DEBRIS MANAGEMENT. SO THEY REFER TO THESE AS A DEBRIS MANAGEMENT SITE AND THAT'S WHAT WE'RE HOPING TO GET A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY AND EDC FOR. AND HE JUST WANTED TO GIVE US INFORMATION TODAY. UM, SO THIS WAS, YOU KNOW, SOMETHING THAT SEEMED TO MAKE, UM, SENSE TO ME FROM A A TEAM DICKINSON STANDPOINT. UH, IN CLOSE SESSION I CAN SHARE WITH YOU A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT WHAT MY, MY, AGAIN, CONCEPT FOR THAT PARTICULAR LOCATION IS, BUT IT IS STRICTLY A CONCEPT. I'VE GOT MY HANDS FULL WITH OTHER THINGS THAT Y'ALL ARE FAMILIAR WITH. UM, OKAY. SO, SO RIGHT NOW, IS THAT JUST A FIVE ACRE GRASS FIELD OR IS THERE SOME TYPE OF, THERE, THERE IS A STRUCTURE ON IT. UM, IN CONVERSATIONS WITH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, IT WOULD BE DEEMED, UM, WHAT'S THE WORD, UNSAFE, UN UNSAFE OR UNINHABITABLE. UM, OR SUBSTANDARD, SORRY, SUBSTANDARD, SUBSTANDARD PROPERTY PROCESS IS WHAT WE WOULD TAKE IT TO. YES. YEAH. SO THEY WOULD BE IF WE, IF IF, IF WE OWN THAT AS A CITIZEN, THEY WOULD BE TAKING US TO COURT TO DEMO IT. SO.
