UM, OBVIOUSLY I WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE FOR TWO WEEKS, SO I CAME BACK AND DIDN'T SEE A WHOLE LOT OF MOVEMENT OVER THERE. SO I INQUIRED AS TO WHAT THE, WHAT THE STATUS WAS. UH, SPOKE WITH SCOTT. HE IS RUNNING INTO SOME OF THE SIMILAR CHALLENGES THAT WE HAD ON, ON OUR, SOME OF OUR PREVIOUS PROJECTS WITH THE ARCHITECTS AND THE DESIGNERS, UH, MISSING DEADLINES. UH, SO, UH, I, I HAD BEEN IN A MEETING SEVERAL MONTHS AGO WHERE THEY HAD HAD COMMITTED TO BEING DONE IN 30 TO 45 DAYS. UH, AND AS OF RIGHT NOW, THEY'RE STILL ONLY AT 35% ON THEIR ELECTRICAL PLANS. UM, THEY'VE PUSHED THAT DUE DATE BACK TO TOMORROW. UM, THEY ARE AT 25% OF THEIR SECONDARY STRUCTURAL PLANS, WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. UM, SOME OF THE OTHER CHALLENGES THAT THEY'RE RUNNING INTO IS ON THE LIGHTING DESIGN PACKAGES. UM, THEY DO NEED TO SUBMIT FOR PERMIT SOON AND, AND BASICALLY GET, GET CONSTRUCTION BACK UP AND GOING.
