7.A Conduct a public hearing on the creation of City of Dickinson Public Improvement District No. 5 within the corporate limits of the City of Dickinson, Texas.

7.B Conduct a public hearing concerning a request for a subdivision variance from Appendix A “Subdivision”, Section 8 “Standards and Specifications”, Subsection J “Lots”, Subsection 3 “Frontage” requirement of the City of Dickinson Code of Ordinances - with such variance allowing a lot to substitute frontage on a recorded access easement for the required frontage on a public street for a proposed subdivision for the approx. 0.88- acre property located at 3309 Timber Drive.

XXXX-2024 Consideration and possible action to approve an ordinance of the city of Dickinson, Texas, to amend chapter 1, general provisions, of the city of Dickinson code of ordinances, by adding a new section 1-10, to be entitled “enforcement of city ordinances”; providing a repealer clause, a penalty clause, and an effective date. (1st reading).

9.A RESOLUTION NUMBER XXX-2024 - A Resolution of the city council of the city of Dickinson, Texas, approving the terms and conditions of an agreement for temporary closure of state right-of-way between the city of Dickinson and the state of Texas, by and through the Texas department of transportation, for the 2024 Dickinson bicentennial celebration parade; establishing that the Dickinson bicentennial celebration parade serves a public purpose; providing for the incorporation of preamble; authorizing execution of the agreement by the mayor; and providing an effective date.
