5.A A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Dickinson, Texas to select the proposal submitted by Utility, Inc. in response to RFP #2401 for BODY/IN-CAR/INTERVIEW CAMERA SYSTEM, as the best proposal, and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all documents necessary to secure an agreement for such services.
